Single Stop

We know that coming to college is a big commitment and can financially stretch you. SVCC has partnered with a national nonprofit organization called Single Stop that helps students achieve economic security. The Single Stop program helps students connect with a variety of governmental resources that might help ease some of the financial burden and help you meet some basic needs while attending college. Available resources include: Childcare, Emergency Utility Service, Financial Counseling and assistance, Free Legal Counseling, Housing Options, SNAP (Food stamps), Tax Preparation, and much more!

Check out the information on our website https://southside.edu/single-stop. Complete a Single Stop application today and see if you are eligible for one of the many available resources!
